  • Defence Economics operates on the buy side. We can take specific commissions from large defence contractors or to bring speculative deals to them. For speculative deals, its charges are based on the Lehman Brothers Scale*.

Charges are based on 5% of the first £m EV, 4% of the second, 3% of the third, 2% of the fourth and 1% thereafter.

For example a deal with an Enterprise Value of £10m would be charged at £200,000.
